Microsoft introduced a new Windows Insider program where participants receive updated pre release builds of Windows 10 in a rapid release manner allowing the company to gather additional feedback throughout the development process. Windows 10's user interface is designed to tailor itself to the type of device and available inputs providing the right experience on the right device at the right time. For non touch devices a variation of the previous start menu is used as part of the desktop interface, featuring a traditional application list and search box on the left side with Start screen live tiles on the right. A new virtual desktop system known as Task View was also added. 

It seems that the next version of Microsoft Windows to run applications that are compatible with touch interface to bring the desktop environment. But now it appears in the Windows 10 Start menu to open the menu changes such as traditional tilt Pin various software applications even when they are not designed for the desktop version can be mentioned. Another feature added to Windows 10 command line that you can personalize with planning a shortcut to run the command.
